Melodie Mayberry-Stewart

Dr. Mayberry-Stewart, a native of Cleveland Ohio, has been a successful executive in two Fortune 20 companies, one of the largest healthcare hospital systems in the Country, and one of the largest public sector enterprises in the country. With a career spanning 30 years that started as a Systems Engineer for the IBM Corporation, Melodie remains a top IT executive with a national reputation for leadership and organizational transformation.
She started her career in technology at the IBM Corporation. During her 13 years at IBM, she quickly rose through the ranks as was promoted as a Systems Engineering Manager, Marketing Support and Operations Manager, and Regional Market Support Manager. In her last position at IBM, she was a Regional Telecommunications Marketing Manager serving California, Arizona, Hawaii and Guam. In addition, she served as an Instructor in Database and Data Communications at the IBM Advanced Technical Education Center in Los Angeles.
Amel Smaoui Zampol

After studying cultural mediation and communication in La Sorbonne, and than specializing in journalism at the Political Sciences Institute in Paris, Amel Smaoui Zampol had several professional experiences in Tunisian and international TV and radio media as a producer and presenter: Canal Horizons (co-presenter of Shems Alik), Mosaïque FM (presenter and in events coordinator), TV5 (presenter of “24h à travers le Monde”), Nessma (Producer of “Envoyé Spécial Maghreb and Wech we Cannes…), and Shems FM (program director).
Quadrilingual speaker, first woman to win the eloquence contest at the Political Sciences Institute in Paris, she believes that a new era in journalism is starting and will last as long as all forms of censorship are fought.
Seif Eddine Nechi

Born in 1974, Seif Eddine Nechi gratuated in psychology in 2000. He works as a freelance cartoonist for Le Renouveau in 1991, then as an animator in the cartoons studio of Mustapha Ettaied until 1994.
He started his career in advertisement in the Publicis agency in Tunis as an artistic director then is several other agencies. Today he is an artistic director for Panorama Y&R.
As a cartoonist, he contributed to a number of exhibitions in Cultural Centers since the 90’s, and to many salons and festivals (Cartoon Salon of Tazarka, International Festival of Cartoon in Algiers and group expositions Citroën ARTDAYS and "Le peuple veut" in Caen, France.
Seif Nechi created his first blog in 2008, then a second one in 2010 after the first one has been censured.
Currently, he publishing his first cartoon album (Les Tunisiens) with Tahar Fazaa, and contributes to a group cartoon album with the group of cartoonists Koumik. His second cartoon album is in preparation.
Reynald Werquin

Reynald WERQUIN is a multi-skilled business development manager and entrepreneur. In nearly 25 years, he has acquired a good professional experience and a clear vision in several fields of activity such as the textile industry, and, mainly in Tunisia, heavy industry, Fiber-optic communication and digital economy.
Passionate about the web and new technologies, he deploys, as Director of BSE GROUP, an innovative solution intended for use in an immersive 3D virtual citizen world.
He is also the president of the "Club de l'Arche" founded by JM Billaut in 1993 and an elected community member, and he develops civic culture based on 2.0 digital techniques.
Nejib Belkadhi

Born in 13th May, 1972 in Tunis, Nejib is a Tunisian actor, director and producer. He studied management and marketing at IHEC Carthage before doing his first steps in the cinema as an actor for various productions like “Habiba Msika” (1995) and “Khottab Al Beb” (1996-1997). He started his Director experience at Canal+ Horizons with Chams Alik, which is a satiric program totally created, directed and co-presented by him.
In 2002, he founded Propaganda Production with Imed Marzouk, He directed “Dima Labess” and “Weld Ettalyana” for the Tunisian prime channel. In 2006, Nejib surprised Tunisians with a creative documentary; “VHS Kahloucha”, his most famous movie. The film was selected during Festival de Cannes, won the Best Documentary Film Award during the Dubai International Film Festival and selected for the official competition during the Sundance Film Festival. Actually Nejib is filming a documentary about the Tunisian Revolution. He is also preparing a fiction feature called "Bastardo".
Cyril Grislain Karray

Cyril Grislain Karray studied in the ESCP-Europe business school. Until the beginning of the Tunisian revolution, Cyril Grislain Karray was a Partner of McKinsey&Co where he managed the McKinsey office in Rio de Janeiro and Latin American Transformation Practice. He also participated in the establishment of Renault in Brazil, where he lived for 12 years.
During his career, he conducted several studies about strategy, economic development, restructuring, privatization, organizational and operational efficiency, governance and leadership building. He notably assisted President Lula’s team in preparing the candidature of Rio de Janeiro to the 2016 Olympic Games.
In 2009, worried about the seriousness of the unemployment problem in Tunisia, he dedicated himself to conduct a number of studies to evaluate the real extent of the problem and define an ambitious strategy to massively create jobs and boost the economic development. He left Tunisia in 1987 but came back since the 1st of January 2011, after quitting his responsabilities at McKinsey. Since then, he dedicates himself voluntarily to several Tunisian critical causes.
Paul Sullivan

Paul R. Sullivan is a senior fellow with the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan and is an experienced member of adjunct faculties in global business.
Paul was also the Founder and Managing Director of Global Partners, Inc., an international business development consulting firm. With 35 years of experience in research, management consulting, and management education, Paul frequently travels to Europe, Asia, and Latin America to help corporations prepare business development plans and expand their world markets. He has worked in 50 countries and developed, and presented seminars on global management, business-to-business marketing, sales and entrepreneurship to thousands of managers from over 100 countries.
Sami Ben Hassine

Sami Ben Hassine is an entrepreneur and a blogger. He is also the co-founder and current president of the “PaCTE tunisien” in France, an innovative non-profit organization based on crowdsourcing and the use of technology to facilitate online and offline activism, with 7000 members all over the world.
He is interested in the study of human rationality and irrationality, antique philosophy and the application of stoicism and minimalism in his everyday life, and talks about it in his blog Design Your Life. Some of his articles have been published in prominent newspapers as The Guardian and Repubblica.
Fares BelHassen

Fares Belhassen, a young resident in plastic surgery, has always been interested in art and civil society. He studied music when he was a kid, and discovered theatre after he met with Hichem Rostom.
During his studies in medical school, he devoted himself to voluntary activities and charity. He was elected several times in the AssociaMed team (Association of medical students of Tunisia), and worked with ATL MST SIDA, the Lions Club and Roaract.
He joined Taoufik Jebali’s team of El Theatro a year ago. He’s also been elected Head of Cultural Committee of the Union of French Citizens Abroad for a period of 2 years (from 2009 to 2011). He starred in several movies.
In may 2011, he cofounded Tunisie Tolérance (an organization dedicated to promoting tolerance in Tunisia) with 16 other people. This association is today his top priority.
Hazem Kaddour

Born in France, Hazem Kaddour, lives in Tunisia since the age of 11, where he studied Social and Economic Science at the French High School Pierre Mendès France in Tunis, and then obtained a Marketing University Degree at the Carthage Business School.
From 2003 to 2006, he worked for Impact Publicis - Tunis as account executive then account manager on NESCAFE and Renault before joining JWT Tunis as account manager on Délice Danone and Heineken.
In March 2007, he was part of the team who won the launch of Heineken in Tunisia in 2007, and has been promoted Director of Planning North Africa in December 2008.
He contributed to winning the first Islamic Bank account in Tunisia (Banque Zitouna) in October 2010, a bronze in Dubai Lynx for the 7ell Club Campaign (TV) in March 2010.
